Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We solve the problem by realizing that KP publishing has a sister company that promotes your book after you’ve uploaded it but it’s not required to use that service when they give you some of those services for free inside of the site which is what I’m using.

Book Title: "THE GOOD WITHIN COVID-19 LOCKED DOWN. Self published on August, 30th 2022.
Price:$3.99.
I have received £29.00 royalties for this Book in the past. But nothing ever since because, my contac detailes changed.
In addition, I have experienced tough chanllenges during this time, that I lost track with my Book.
I want to reconnect with my book, update the book, upgrade the price, and publish a new Book.

No email from Amazon and no closure of my old account as promised. Still await developments.
The call dropped out. I called the number given to me by the Australian telephone supplier Telstra but it was out of service. I then called one of three numbers that came up on the computer after logging in to your website. I explained that my account was long inactive and locked.
I was transferred twice more until I spoke with Aparajita. As the account had not been active for years, I couldn't supply an order number for security purposes. So I was told that my account would be closed (good) and after a period I could use my current email address to open a KDP account which I need in order to upload my novel.
I was told that I would receive a confirming email that explained the process of closure that would free my email account. I still await that email.
As of 28 January 2024 I have not received the promised email and still have this message when I try and create a KDP account:
You indicated you're a new customer, but an account already exists with the email address xxxxx
Preferred solution: A confirming email and proof of closure so I can create a KDP account linked to my email.

Hello,
I have been trying to login on Kindle account to update my personal details on me Kindle account for about a week now with no succes.
I was give an email address by pissedconsumer.com to send direct email to Kindle. But the email has been sent back to undelieved.
I am absolutely getting stressed, angry, and sad about this matter.
It hurt more to see my E-Book on display for on Amaz book library, when I am not able to update the Bank and Phone details on the account!
My question now is, where have they been sending the sales from this E-Book?
The account details and phone details on this account changed about 3 years ago!
I wasn't able to change my personal details on the account, because I was going through personal life challenges.
They have my email address, yet they never contacted me.
