Kindle would not keep wi-fi connection. Spent 3 hours on phone with techs, connection dropped twice.
Now my kindle not only does not get wi-fi, it doesn't work at all. They re-set kindle and it needed wi-fi to re-register, hmmm, doesn't get connection. So, I had to connect to my computer to send them logs to review, now I have to be tech savvy to solve problem with their device. End result, they will get back to me in 24-48 hours with their results.
So, kindle doesn't work at all now and I'm waiting to see what they can do. Oh, did I mention the language barrier??
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: Amazon not supporting customers.
