Charging my card after membership canceled

My issue has not been resolved. I canceled membership shil in February they told me I would be billed in March then no more billing.

They charged my card in April after telling me they wouldn't. So I will have to cancel my card since no one from kindle will do their job and keep their word

The Kindle website avoided, saying that you could not access or buy access to Kindle books, avoiding simply stating that you have to buy books through Amazon. I spent a lot of time bumbling around with Kindle before I decided to simply buy the books.
