A password was added to my Kindle and I was not told what it is. Im not writing any symbols. I dont even know how many letters and numbers str in your passcodes

I dont have part two of the Gulag archipelago which I purchased on April 22. It was in my library, but has now disappeared. Please resend it.

I have been an author with 11 published books on Kindle and have not received any royalty payments! I get a notice saying it is coming, but no money in my bank account.
I tried to open your spreadsheet only to have it infect my computer, which cost me $160 to repair. I know I have had sales, even buying my own books retail with no residuals. Really?

Kindle registration is not working
bad, made me sign up for kindle unlimited even though i dont need it. Said I was being transferred to a higher up, after a few minutes on hold, they hung up.

Trying to hook up the new TV that needed my Wi-Fi password. It said my Wi-Fi password was wrong.
I tried to reset the Wi-Fi password on my Kindle, but it didn't work.
Now I have no Wi-Fi on my Kindle. Thank you, I need help; I can't seem to connect with the right people.

Issue NOT FIXED
Book will not download audio. Customer service can not find the problem.
Have called four times, I have been disco two times.
Ridiculous. .customer service personal does not speak understandable English.

I was logging into Kindle and reading my book every day since Amazon took over. I can’t even login to my Kindle every day.
Since Amazon bought Kindle a year ago, I have had nothing but trouble all I have as a Kindle to read a book and used to I could login and read my book several times every day now I cant even login to Kindle every day since Amazon has taken over

Charging my card after membership canceled
My issue has not been resolved. I canceled membership shil in February they told me I would be billed in March then no more billing.
They charged my card in April after telling me they wouldn't. So I will have to cancel my card since no one from kindle will do their job and keep their word
