Poor customer service. No one to talk to its all automated

I published 5 books with kindle in 2010, andd I can not speak to a person. My original manuscript was damaged on a hard drive and I wanted to see if I can get a copy of the manuscripts that I have submitted to createspace. I can't seem to find a way to speak to a human at Kindle, Amazon and Createspace. I believe they are all the same company. Also I had a very difficult time changing my bank information with them.. I'm writing another book and don't think I will go with them next time.

As a student, I recently rented your Technical Communication book for a project. However, upon opening it, I encountered an issue: I was unable to view the text necessary for my analysis.

Despite attempting to access it on multiple devices and adjusting zoom levels, the text remains unreadable.

I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter. It seems to be a problem specific to the Kindle platform, which I'm new to. I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to rectify this issue so I can effectively utilize the book for my studies. Alternatively, if resolving this isn't feasible, I would kindly request a refund so I can obtain a readable copy of the book elsewhere.

I have screenshots and I am hoping for any possible help in clearing this up.

I've had positive experiences with Amazon in the past and I'm hopeful for a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this situation. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. by writing to amazon, and realized that they have a rather confused situation, I have the feeling that no one reads what I write, or even talks to artificial intelligence, they gave the matter from *** to the US and in the end we got to amazon kindle, it was very stressful

Dear All I cannot cancel the order D01-3680***-*774662 in full because amazon does not allow it. It's a purchase error. I wanted to buy only one book. User's recommendation: Be very careful when reviewing kindle books. I didn't notice that it was a '1 click' scam, so instead of one book I bought approx. 20-26 for approx. 220 euros... as a paradox, amazon does not consider this as one purchase, even though they issued one invoice, they did not allow I canceled the whole purchase, but only individual books... and here is the problem of the whole matter... Amazon says that if there are many cancellations, they will not be approved. The purchase may have been made as one unit of 26 books, but I cannot cancel them as a whole... and so Amazon's policy prevents me from refunding the entire purchase, which happened by mistake.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We solve the problem by realizing that KP publishing has a sister company that promotes your book after you’ve uploaded it but it’s not required to use that service when they give you some of those services for free inside of the site which is what I’m using.

Because they are charging me monthly for kindle and I don't have it

Well, they finally got me back on WIFI after a factory reset that lost all my stuff! I am using the default password because they did not tell me how to change that. I NEED HELP WITH THAT!!! To add insult to injury I have poor connectivitiy on my Kindle now, constantly getting kicked off of internet. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

I have two Kindle Paper Whites, which I had used interchangeably until I discovered I could not download an Unlimited book to my two devices. Now, it seems I am only able to download to one device. Aside from being highly inconvenient, aside from the fact that I am a fully paid-up member for use of the Kindle Unlimited library, I was not notified of this change. I have purchased two Kindles. I endured 47 hours with Kindle Technical services to get my Kindles working; now, I am no longer permitted to use the two Kindles I purchased.
