I called for help, Hadn' t used my kindle in 5 mos but I purchased 2 books from you but they would not download. I called your help desk and spoke to Jaison (who was barely understandable because of his heavy Indian accent)for over half an hour.
After that time and many line checks he told me my ipo had 149 people on it which surprised me as I was the only one on it. My computer screen then flashed an invoice for $499. I asked what that was for and he said that I would have to buy this program to fix my kindle. I OBJECTED!
I wasn't going to pay $499 to fix a Kindle problem that he should fix.! He called his supervisor, also an Indian to whom I again objected. He said "don't shout at me' which I didn't and hung me after over half an hour on the phone with no fix for my problem. What kind of company are you running?
I call for help and speak to a person whose accent is so thick that he's barely understandable and then get pushed to to buy a virus program which I already have. I AM ANGRY!
